Beyond the Business
Wade’s servant leadership is grounded not just in business principles—but in life.
A natural mentor and coach, Wade is passionate about helping people achieve more than they thought possible. He’s known for building strong relationships, fostering healthy cultures, and leading with integrity.
Wade has lived and traveled extensively domestically and abroad, providing him with a unique life experience. He enjoys all things outdoors, especially fly fishing. An avid reader, he is known to read a book a week. Wade doesn’t take life too seriously though, finding humor in everything. He is a musician and loves all genres of music. But most of all, Wade is a family man. He enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife of over 30 years and enjoying his daughter, son-in-law and especially his two grandchildren.
